TECHNICAL DEPARTMENT
Our technicians operate in the field of civil and industrial design and provide a complete service to customers, following every step of design and construction. The continuous synergy between our production and technical departments allows for an optimisation of design choices, and a reduction in costs and the risk of error.
We use an important software package to support the design phases which includes finite element calculation codes, three-dimensional modellers and management programs to guarantee excellent product quality.
We work on large and small orders, providing the following services:
- STRUCTURAL DESIGN OF CIVIL AND INDUSTRIAL STRUCTURES WITH RELATED TECHNICAL REPORTS COMPLYING WITH REFERENCE STANDARDS.
- MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT DESIGN.
- DEFINITION OF WELDING PROCESSES PROCESSES BEST SUITED TO INDIVIDUAL APPLICATIONS, WITH INTERNAL IWE WELDING COORDINATOR.
- CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS: STARTING FROM STRUCTURAL DESIGNS OR GENERAL DRAWINGS PROVIDED BY THE CUSTOMER, CONSTRUCTIVE 2D AND 3D WORKSHOP AND INSTALLATION DRAWINGS ARE DEVELOPED.
