SURFACE FINISHES
We have equipment for glazing and polishing pipes, sheets and pre-assembled components.
Our liquid-cooled, four-head glazing system is able to perfectly meet any deburring and glazing requirements, even in the most demanding conditions of use. Wet processing is particularly suitable for high-quality finishes, such as the preparation of surfaces for mechanical polishing, chromium plating and other galvanic treatments. We can grind, glaze and finish straight, curved and helical elements with round, oval and elliptical sections.
MECHANICAL PROCESSING
We perform mechanical processing with a five-axis centre, also on large pieces. We can perform milling, drilling and tapping on steels and metals in general. The work phases are programmed with the aid of 3D modelling software and CAD/CAM systems We design civil and industrial buildings following every order phase, from development in the technical department up to installation
